Pros

Interesting work and plenty of it. Great place to get some experience and learn about PET drug manufacturing.

Cons

OTJ training is disorganized. Two people will show you two different ways to perform/document a task, and then scold you for doing it wrong.

- Benefits are amazing, especially 401k employer match - Annual bonus (about a paycheck) - Company invests a lot of money and effort into you - Great education and consistent SOPs; never felt left in the dark - Making mistakes you will learn a lot and don't feel ashamed unless you consistently make them and don't learn - If you don't feel comfortable doing something, that's ok and it's not forced but they will teach you after

Cons

- Work/life balance especially night shift obviously - Expected to come in whilst sick.. - Pay is pretty low considering what you are expected to do but it is somewhat higher than some competitors. - Take this as you will. FYI I have a failing liver (amongst other things) and was beginning to get tested/treated which is tough on the body but wasn't really given accommodation and instead brushed off. But aside from that, I liked working here.
