Great company, terrible management!

Pros

Great co-workers. Excellent training and a very easy job when equipment works. Benefits are excellent with plenty of PTO and a great 401k.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. Very unorganized and disassociated from the labs across the country. Machines always break and labs are very understaffed. Worst is company continue to lose people because upper management continue to act like high schoolers creating cliques that promote dissent from the lower rungs of the company. Many people are leaving the company in anger because they feel screwed by upper management especially those at corporate.
