Pros

Some of the co-workers. The benefits and also how very close to work I am. I live just about 5 minutes from work. Its awesome for those dreaded snowy days.

Cons

I have been working with this company for just a short period of time and i have come to realize that you are either a favorite or hated unless you are in management. Those managers are NOT supportive unless you are liked. non management are pawns and not valued. I do my job just enough to not be on the disliked side. I am currently looking for a job after something I witnessed that was unethical. I cannot go to HR as they are of no help.

Very Unprofessional Environment

Pros

Hours were good - no evenings or weekends required. Most of the employees are friendly as they all realize they're in the same boat.

Cons

Disregard for employees. Poor pay with very little yearly pay increase. Management asks for feedback from employees but does nothing with the level of unhappiness and complaints they receive. Little to no room for personal advancement.

Pros

At headquarters: This company appears okay at first. Most employees are pleasant, and I believe they stay at this company out of complacency and lack of drive. Doesn't make them bad people, but career growth and pay increases are virtually non-existent. In Field Sales: typical "ra-ra", but maybe 1 in 5 survive. If they do and drink the koolaid, then they make a decent living.

Cons

At headquarters: After time you realize success is politically based, nepotism is rampant. Sr Management talks a good game, but ultimately they are the 1%. All non-management positions are well below average pay levels. PTO is below avg as well. HR is outsourced. Telecommuting is not an option at all - although exceptions are made for special people. In Field Sales: retention is awful, they churn through sales people like they change their underwear.
