Pros

Like most jobs a consistent pay check. Looking for a better work environment to maintain my integrity. If you don’t a professional background or desire one this is the right fit for you.

Cons

Wow from about day 4 out of 4 months this place has been absolutely horrible. No real training from an actual trainer. ALL the supervisors are in on degrading employees behind their backs and don’t care if other employees hear you. An employee literally tried to fight another employee in the stairwell and was sent to work from home. Very violent place to work. Really don’t believe there is an HR department. You have to go through your supervisor to find out how much PTO you have accumulated. Supervisors come from other departments just to say good morning to some. The Houston PFS location is horrible. The upper management all hang out during lunch and outside of work so they have that “I have your back mentality”. So if there is something that happens they all lie for one another so that they won’t be degraded behind each other’s backs. The Houston office is as nasty as they come. Never seen a cleaning crew. The trash just gets taken out daily. The restroom is so nasty that you literally have to use it elsewhere. When the supervisors are typing about other employees in Teams they type really loud and they all laugh at about the same time. Employees yell at the insurance reps on the phone you can barely hear yourself think let alone talk on your phone. There aren’t many people who work here with professionalism.

Pros

Can get an hour lunch if you like, can flex your schedule, hard to get fired

Cons

Management is not accommodating, pay is super low, raises are only annually and they use every single little thing you did for the last 12 months against you to justify you not receiving the entirety of the $1.00 raise applicable, supervisors are uninformed and untrained, leadership never knows exactly what is going on or what they should be having their staff do. Trust me when I say, everyone hates this place and we work remotely now(so that should tell you something). Company culture and morals on a scale of 0- 5 is a 0. Don't get sucked into the this worm hole. You apply, you stay for a bit after knowing it sucks the life out of you, but it's a job and applying takes work. Take the additional time to apply to other organizations that value your time and your work as a person and an employee. This place will never do that.

Thank you for taking the time to post your evaluation. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will be open to any suggestions. Employees are encouraged to work in the office for additional training if needed, but we offer remote opportunities at the employees' discretion. We are deeply concerned that your experience was not fulfilling and are working our best to change that. If you have further feedback, please get in touch with our HR Department; we will discuss any other matter or recommendations.
