Good but Bad!

Pros

Learning medical terminology & occasionally get to wear jeans. Meet a lot good people. Lunch was occasionally provided to the staff.

Cons

Bonuses are virtually impossible to obtain, heavy construction causing extra traffic around the office, reps are treated like a number. Leadership team struggles. You can only grow in company based on who you know.

decent hours, central location, and if youdon't walk and show a little political savy you should move up

Cons

politics, the most involved dress code in the city. Working on DOS software. Privately owned company that is very top down fromJeff Gorski who is referred to in reverent tones, as "the owner." Management that was picked for loyality, and not ablity. a fear of overtime if you stayed three minutes late you will take a lunch hour plus 3 minutes

LOW pay, no bonus, if you need to call off your pto is taken (as If to punish you). Management like any place looks out for you IF you kiss their butts. You will NOT be trained properly, but will be called in if your doing something you didn't know wasn't proper procedure.
