Pros

There are no pros in working for this company. Management needs work, and top management plays favorites. I was not even notified when my co worker got promoted ( was not interviewed just chosen)she told me herself about the new changes.

Cons

Do not care about employees, do not give raises. Managers give you poor reviews and say "no one ever hats 5's on there scorecard"!!!! So why is a five even on the scorecard.

Pros

It's a job Jeans on Fridays

Cons

Traffic to the building is a nightmare. Pay is low compared to the same position at the hospitals. You are a first party collections rep and not really a csr, though they sell you on being one. Especially with one call resolution, but you get written up for taking too long with an account. You get little to no info before you make outbound calls and have to review patient account histories in mere seconds and on the inbound side, it's completely different. Also, you are very micro managed with at least 5 different bosses for a small group of workers. Also, they take phi to the max and overdo it, which upsets patients even more. Rules change constantly. Faces do too. It's an ever revolving door. It's also 95 pct female employee based, wich isn't a bad thing, but something that you will notice instantly. You do work one Saturday every few months, but can be monthly as needed. You constantly get cursed out and treated horribly by patients. Men have to wear ties. They frown on internet usage even when looking up information. There are cliques if manager/employee favorites. It's no different then working in a regular collection agency.
