Pros

The only pro is you work with fun people. It's a young office, full of people in their 20s.

Cons

such a turn-and-burn company. Not a lot of people last

Hello there, Thank you for your review. Your comments about turnover and training are important, but as the feedback is quite brief it’s difficult for us to understand exactly what’s driving those concerns. As you still work at PHMG and have done for a year - it would be great if you’d be open to sharing a bit more detail, we’d really welcome that so the right teams can look into it properly. Please either speak to your EOT Council Member or a relevant member of the P&C team. Appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

Commission structure can be lucrative if you’re driven and hit your sales targets — high commission rates and great incentives that are rolled out on the sales floor. If you’re driven by performance-based pay and thrive in a fast-moving sales environment with lots of coaching and team energy, This role at PHMG can deliver strong financial rewards and visible career progression. But be prepared for long hours, high targets, and a culture that demands resilience and consistency to truly succeed The environment is fast-paced and competitive, which many employees find motivating. Teams are reported as supportive with a strong camaraderie, upbeat culture, and plenty of incentives and recognition for success

Cons

consistently referenced as a “grind” — the quota-driven nature and daily activity expectations make it a high-stress environment that isn’t for everyone

Hi there, Really appreciate you taking the time to write such a thoughtful review and for the last few years you’ve put in with the Chicago team. You’ve summed the role up pretty honestly: it can be demanding, but for people who enjoy a competitive sales environment and performance-based pay, the earning potential and incentives can be a big draw. It’s also great to hear the team energy and support on the floor are coming through. Your point about the impact managers have on morale is a really good one. Consistent coaching and development for leaders is something we’re always working on, so feedback like this is genuinely helpful. Thanks again for sharing your perspective and for everything you’ve contributed over the past few years. P&C Team

Pros

My team make the shift go by quicker

Cons

The targets are unachievable, there is too much work load and not a lot of help. Most of the team does not meet them. Not much investment into training.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback. It’s good to hear your team has made the day-to-day easier. We’re sorry to hear you’re finding the workload and targets tough at the moment. That’s obviously not how we want anyone to feel, especially when it comes to support and training. As you’re still part of the team, it would actually be really helpful to talk this through properly rather than trying to guess from a review. If you’re open to it, please drop the People Team an email so we can understand what’s going on and see where we can help. Thank you
