Great coworkers, and self scheduling. Most people that work there do so for many years because it is great to go to work and be almost assured of having a great team around you.

Cons

Unorganized system. Paper charting. Very low salaries. Hospital purchased recently and many changes are happening now. However, compared to other facilities, we are essentially in the stone ages.
