Professional, knowledgeable, supportive, caring CNO/COO. CEO has great vision for our enterprise. Leadership advocates for and expects every one on staff to keep our patients health and safety first. Patient safety is transparent. Issues are discussed openly in safe environments with staff, physicians, and patient advocates.

Cons

We are a not-for-profit facility. Wish the compensation package were stronger.
