The 12 hour shifts. The cookies and pie. The gift cards at holiday meals

Market value pay. I could to another hospital and get paid more. The health benefits are too expensive. Very under staffed. No help whatsoever. Co-workers pushing other co-workers to the limit. Or their arguing. The annual raises. You can buy an ice cream for $1.25. And that's your raise.
