nothing to encourage you to stay. I can't think of any.

Cons

very hostile, strong favoritism, explicit racial discrimination and insults.The staff can easily gang up against you if you don't participate in their dirty conversations, multiple cases of ridiculing patients and making fun of their disabilities. This is a horrible place to work, STAY AWAYYYYY.
