Great Pay, horrible Management Group. Environment is riddled with cliques

The Pay is about it at this point.

Cons

Cliques galore. If you're not in with the "in crowd," you get the worst assignments, you get called out for inconsequential infractions with regularity. It feels like the mgmt team is simply keeping a log of potential items to use when they think it's time to replace a more senior professional with a lower-paid grad student. It's all about opportunity cost I suppose.
