Pros

I use to be a believer but they are nothing more than deceivers.

Cons

• Another year of broken promises, unprofitable products and reduced income. • No leadership at the VP and above level, embodied in arrogance. • What is the role of the corporate attorney/chief compliance officer, a buddy? • Support center excessive management fees erode possibility to make bonus money, • Severely substandard systems with major compliance issues, evident CFPB violations. • Internal fraud out of control based on employee morale, lies and shrinking income. • HR is not supportive; all they do is address issues and could care less for the people. • Continual budget and bonus cuts while increasing employee responsibility, FAIR? • High turnover, people frustrated and no confidence in company and leadership. • No marketing, can you believe it. • Products not designed to be competitive in the market. • People do not care anymore, only work for a paycheck until they find something better. • Openly criticizing management in front of others during store visits, very unprofessional. • If this is a result driven comp, how is your current sr. operational team still employed?

Way to kill morale

Pros

Dedicated and hardworking store team(s) who give it their all despite a failing business model and mixed messages given by leader.

Cons

Your new leader hired in one of your SouthWestern states is clueless to the business and it shows, which has killed the morale within the stores. Even though it is very rare to see him. Not worried thou because I give him 9 more months tops and the search for a leader will start all over. Reverting on practices that the team attempted 2 years ago and did not work but yet try them again? Listen to your team, it didn't work last time.
