Pros

Great pay, great supervisors, great coworkers. Always wiling to coach you. Case loads not too big at all. I loved what I did.

Cons

Dress code is strict. They really take employees from other companies so no training is avail for say an entry level position. But all in all I cant complain.

Up and coming TPA insurance and Workers Comp insurance.

Cons

Heavy work load, with no possibility of hiring more help. I would work over time for weeks with no pay. After working over time with no pay for over a year,I was told that I could no longer put in the hours

The company I worked for before PMA was gaining market share because of PMA's claims service. I was paid top dollar to work at PMA.

Cons

The integrity of this company was a major issue for me. I was in the corporate claims department. The way we dealt with our employees, our customers, and our reinsurers...awful.
