Nothing you do is good enough, and you are reminded of that every single day. Management does not care about employees, and hard work is never recognized.

Pros

I loved the people initially--Some Changes now but over all not a bad company to work for most of the time far and honest. Bonus are great-raises very poor, benefits very poor and high deductibles on medications and health testing.

Cons

Some of the new management in managed care is difficult to work with: Goals are inconsistent with leaders, very much "OLD SCHOOL" Style of leadership in my department anyway. New Managers felt that they change the entire program. Which was time consuming and did not make sense to change structure of a working department. Favoritism is common in this environment
