Good pay and benefits! Great manager & co-workers! Nice up-to-date office décor with very large cubicles! Yearly profit sharing Bonus! Tons of snacks from Vendors! Free parking! Positive work environment!

Cons

Very heavy work load, claims system is antiquated and arduous to use with many steps (clicks) to get one task done. Printers/scanners/fax often not working properly. Usually felt like I was walking through knee deep mud with cement shoes on! Meeting even half of your daily goals is a huge accomplishment! Typical claims industry.

Large enough to matter, but small enough so that I matter. A lot of responsibility for each employee, which exposes each person to growth opportunities. Excellent Sr Management, and good name in the market place.

Cons

Somewhat rigid given the size of the organization. Not many cons at all.

It is a job, and they pay you(but that ain't saying much!!!)

Cons

Incompetent management, unprofessional style---the Chuck Norris motto of "...If I want your opinion I'll beat it out of you..." is appropriate. By the way, they beat you up anyway, opinion or not. An inadequate computer system purchased a few years ago is a giant boondoggle. A total waste of money and when management was told of its shortcomings, they simply ignored the complaints. A GIANT negative mark in my book.
