Pros

Plenty of overtime and decent starting salary.

Cons

The company itself has no training process. When it comes to the Salt Lake City location in specific they have you read the instruction manual for your particular station once. They show you the process which involves a lot of details and handling of highly dangerous chemicals also once and then you're on your own. Any mistake gets you out the door or potentially hurt. They're not interested in retaining employees and are worse with temps in regards to keeping them in the dark when it comes to letting them know what it takes to be a successful employee. The supervisors have too many things in their hands and are incapable of training and actually supervising the work being done. There is no positive reinforcement whatsoever. Some employees have preferences over others like being able to work sitting down and blasting terrible music at full volume that everyone else has to just deal with. Also, the senior employees don't tell you a lot of things that are important. They don't communicate at all and I think it's on purpose in order to make the new ones look bad and themselves look good. Terrible culture. Nobody talks to you if you're new. A little bit of a high school "you can't seat with us" vibe.
