Without hesitation, I truly understand and value our employees are our greatest asset. Our employees represent our direct line of communication and impact to our customers. Our management team is working harder than ever to empower our employees to make decisions that help us deliver improved quality and value to our customers. We appreciate all our employees and the overall impact they can have on the long-term relationship we have with our customers. As opportunities arise here at POLARIS Laboratories – and we’ve come a long way from being a company of five employees in 1999 to more than 200 employees today – we consistently look for the best candidate to possible to help execute our strategy and achieve our goals. For more than 15 years, we have watched our most successful employees thrive and succeed here at POLARIS Laboratories. And for some who have expanded their careers the most, promotions have not always come on their first application for a higher-level opportunity. We encourage you and all our employees to continue to set your goals high and continue to apply when new opportunities are created and become available. Again, we have not seen our company grow to be an industry leader simply by the partners driving the company, but by listening and rewarding our employees for helping improve the service we deliver to our customer every day.
