Thank you for recognizing the people who work here and the ideas they bring to the table. Absolutely, they make our company what it is today. Absolutely we should listen to them – and we do. In 2015, this has been one of our commitments to provide more opportunities for our employees to understand our key priorities and make improvements to help achieve them. Over the past year we have made a major cultural change as we have moved to lean manufacturing processes focused on employee engagement. This has resulted in reduced employee turnover, improved efficiency and better service to our customers. While change can be difficult for some, it represents a great improvement for the vast majority of employees. I appreciate your feedback about POLARIS Laboratories, and I welcome the opportunity to show any past, prospective and current employee how our organization is tapping our employees to achieve our goals – and recognize them for doing so.

We are doing more now than ever to help provide a better overall experience for all our employees through improved compensation, benefits, growth opportunities and work experience. Our people are outstanding individuals and employees who truly care about each other and the success of the company. Yes, like any business, there can definitely be peaks in terms of workloads and customer expectations. However, as we continue to make new process improvements we are able to minimize this variation in peak levels and improve our service to our customers.
