Pros

it's a good starter job for someone looking to gain experience but not planning on staying long.

Cons

a bad case of the "isms" - nepotism, cronyism, favoritism, etc. your career advancement has nothing to do with how good you are at your job or how hard you work, it is solely dependent on how upper management feels about you personally and/or whether or not you are related to them.

Pros

You have the opportunity to learn many machines and tests. Over abundance of overtime

Cons

Healthcare Salary High turnover rate (mostly because of salary) If you desire to grow within the company, the only real opportunities are in Indianapolis Upper management pass rules that work great for the main lab but are pointless at the satellite labs

Pros

Training is provided in many different aspects, laboratory, leadership, maintenance, project management. Promotions are available if you are a hard worker and learn quickly. If you have qualifications, you can hire on as a manager.

Cons

The pay scale is extremely low. The organization is very disorganized. The turn-over rate is very high. Upper management does not communicate well and cannot keep a corporate staff (high corporate turn-over). The work environment can be very stressful.
