- Always something to do - They care about tenure means you gets more say as you know the team better - Pay is high compared to workload, but the frustration comes along as other department can cause mistakes and you need to solve it

Cons

- Very cost-constraint in important matter, can cut cost in other area - Doesn't appreciate good finance/ legal team - Buying culture - means don't build talents in-house
