      Pros

      I worked full time in the corporate office and there were some great perks - ski passes and lift tickets, swag, office snacks, nice office, etc. Salaries seem fair given location and job expectations. People for the most part are fun, friendly, outdoorsy. Some amazing opportunities to travel around the country and work with high profile brands and ski resorts.

      Cons

      A lot of negativity floating around the office. A strong need for improved office culture and transparency.

      Out of touch with Employees and Industry

      Pros

      Location in Park City and close to Salt Lake City. Loyalty to favorite employees. Opportunity to travel to resorts.

      Cons

      If not a favorite employees are viewed as "dime a dozen." This leads to a culture of working in fear. Extremely large wage discrepancy between executives and those of us actually doing the work. Executive team is losing touch with what actually makes company money and in the process losing touch with culture that made company great to work for.

      Pure Chaos and Disorganization

      Pros

      You get a ski pass and a pro form.

      Cons

      You’re expected to work for a disorganized team, constantly struggling to keep their heads above water. You report to a supervisor who lacks all basic management and communication skills. You’re basically left picking up his slack while also having to try to read his mind.
