Pros

Supervisor is great. Pay is good. Benefits good. Opportunity to advance is good.

Cons

Micromanagement is stressful. Getting counted off for long calls out of our control. Verbal abuse from cardholders. Not being able to defend ourselves. Having to use ACW to work on accounts and getting in trouble for using the time. Avaya only codes and rounds up to next minute and then docked a full 15 minutes if logged in a few seconds late.
