The extra funds The entertainment Some of the staffs are caring

Their computer systems are a mess, time cards avaya and nice systems are a mess and never on the same page, it will have you missing money because of missed hours and have you getting punished for things that was their systems fault. QA is a mess too they marking you down for stuff that's not in the KB

It’s a job….that’s all I got!!

Cons

Horrible place to work. Work force management runs everything so there’s no changing schedules, changing break times or getting sick. Absolutely no work place, life balance.
