The bad reviews are consistent with what I have seen and some of my former colleagues are just wanting to get out. Start up mentality with constant changes almost every week.

Cons

Completely unorganized. No structure at all. Tons of egos and even when they are the ones who are wrong....it gets blamed on others. As soon as people get hired, there are others who walk right out the door. Constant revolving door with no strategy. Directors and above constantly changing what they say and not providing clarity or direction. There is no compliance what so ever. Just wait until the FDA/DOJ walks in and slaps a CIA on them. There is no training, or even a desire to improve and processes. Nothing has changed from what I hear. Do yourselves a favor look elsewhere, opportunities here are limited. Culture is quite toxic despite the "talk" on building a great culture.

- No consistency from program to program. All programs are run differently. - Very top heavy company, title based. Clin Ops has about 12 Associate Directors, Clinical Operations who are not directing anything or anyone. No difference between day-to-day responsibilities for AD vs. Sr. Manager. - No consistency in outsourcing or insourcing. - No mentorship or guidance provided - No care for employee mental health and work/life balance
