Pros

Community based mental health assistance. Also does professional training. For those who want to work at an organization that makes a difference in people's lives, this is a good fit.

Cons

Non-profit so pay is lower than for profit organizations. At the mercy of various funding sources that constantly change. Employees spend too much time doing billing functions.

Pros

Benefits are great and I trully enjoy the vision as a whole!

Cons

My managers and program director are sneaky, rude and Insensitive. I have been harassed and have been one of four employees who have resigned (in the past 3 months) due to stress and an unfair and uncomfortable work environment. I wish we could be like some other amazing PC sites. Ours unfortunately is horrible and I hate coming to work every day.
