Pros

- Ground staff are passionate about their work and become close due to lack of support from admin and corporate - Meaningful and rewarding work in improving the lives of consumers - Generous paid vacation and holidays

Cons

The expectations for meeting billable hours and documentation are unrealistic. There is not enough time in the day to do both and meeting billable hours is almost impossible due to clients no showing, mandatory meetings, and excessive amount of documentation required. The result is that staff are majorly burned out, the turnover rate is high, and client care suffers. When these issues are brought management, they said that would make changes to help but ultimately things became worse when they increased billing expectations.

Pros

The divisional teams at Pacific Clinics are incredibly passionate about their work, highly innovative in developing and implementing new ideas into the program, and offer numerous opportunities to work across multiple areas of the division. The company has strong values, which at the core involve giving the best care and support to their clients. The company does a good job at instilling these positive values into their employees.

Cons

Coordination between the corporate and division levels can be very frustrating. The corporate office does not always explain existing or changes in policies in a timely or comprehensive manner. Furthermore, career opportunities can be very limited depending on one's entry position.

Pros

Employees really care about Clients. Departments like housing, transportation make sure clients get what they need.

Cons

Management is difficult. Executives visit programs to discuss concerns but do nothing. Pay is low for people at programs but not at corporate office.
