Pros

The flexibility and you are responsible for your work. Generally staff is welcoming and hard working.

Cons

Management is horrible, unable to run a decent program, turn over rate is beyond comprehensible, you start and have an expectation of handling 20ish cases, no support, no clinical guidance, you are truly on your own, supervisor turn over is also bad. It's a really sad program. Thank goodness for employees who do their jobs, sucks foe newer hires, they are on their own.

Pros

Great mission; great staff. Employees work hard and the Programs really care about the clients. Excellent vacation and sick time.

Cons

Too political. Change can be good but the company has changed for the worst. The focus is on productivity. Employees work very hard but there is no compassion for them. Very rare 2-4% salary increases & 403b contributions. The employee survey was a joke! Most employees are frustrated.
