Pros

Good time off policy (15 days PTO, 12 days sick for new employees), supportive team members

Cons

Pay is below average for many positions, other benefits aren't that good (401k match is 100% for first 1%, then only 50% for next 5%)

Pros

Great benefits and PTO. Good hybrid work schedule. Supportive management

Cons

Low pay. Negotiating for a raise is like pulling teeth and has to go through many different people to get approved. Did not raise salary ranges when fast food minimum wage went up to $20. Many employees without masters degrees at the company make very close to that, and some of the salary ranges even start below that (despite requiring a B.A. degree). Limited advancement opportunities for those without a Master’s degree.
