Pros

Health benefits from day one, leadership is forgiving and positive, focusing on your own health and well-being is expected. Job itself is amazing, allowing you to work with law enforcement and other aspects from county services. There's plenty of room to advance if you want, but if you don't there's no pressure for you to perform.

Cons

Some days can be slow, some days can be chaos. It's part of the job. There's plenty of PTO and sick pay, although they do expect a lengthy time for heads up for time off, even if it's just for an appointment.
