The experience was what I needed for my next level. Very hands on and filled with opportunities for learning. I liked working with them, co workers are also very friendly and supportive. Lots of on the job training

Cons

I worked for the Head Start division of Pacific Clinics and it was their first year operating. Hence, lots of changes and not yet organized. Low pay for the experience and education required.

Great holidays and benefits. Lucky to have couple great Co workers.

Cons

Strong turn around rate. Unreliable management and supervisors. Everyone is afraid to speak up. Strong political judgement. Supervisors aren't afraid to throw you under the bus and play it off like it never happened. No raises!!!!
