Boring Work, Great Benefits, Imperfect but Good Culture

Pros

Free Health Insurance, great PTO package, solid 401K plan. Generally pretty good culture that values work-life balance and giving back to the community.

Cons

Boring work (it's health insurance). Mediocre pay. In my experience, when it comes to internal promotions and job changes, who you're buddy-buddy with is often more important than what you know or your past work performance.
