Pros

Visibility- monthly company wide meetings with transparency on financials, goals, and achievements. Upper management are very easy to interact with.

Cons

Though some have left, there are still some people working there that do not fit the mission, and values. What's worse is that leadership has allowed it to go on this long. We no longer have time to deal with those that cause angst and drama.
