Good luck getting hours

Pros

- Work whenever you want. - Relatively decent pay for the work required - Work anywhere; home, vacation, etc. as long as you have high speed internet. - Good for side cash

Cons

- MAJOR con, there are NO HOURS. You'll get a few weeks where there are enough hours, then months where you'll be lucky to get 30min a day. - Because of the above, you cannot estimate what you can make off this. If it's just for some extra beer money, then this will be good for you but that's it. - The work gets repetitive after a while and can become very boring. - The RTA/SPAM error checkers are subjective, in other words you may get a task marked wrong but they're basing it on someone else's "opinion". Really frustrating at times.

Pros

A great work-life balance and work experience, flexible working hours, education and kindness of all the people working in the various sections, a very good team. Possibilty of achieving bonus and an increase of salary during your work. Precision and full transparency about the payment. Good payment, very well proportionate to the required tasks. A very good training method, and the team permit you to improve without pression. Great and constant support of the supervisors, and opportunity of inclusion in new projects.

Cons

The payment is in USD and not directly in EURO, but right now the exchange rate USD-EURO is stable so it is not a big loss.

Consistent income for those who accept hard working Only native understanding of a language can earn you a great job

Cons

Payments are done monthly in USD Not using Payoneer
