Pros

Smart colleagues, strong culture, access to a lot of professional development resources, overall work/life flexibility, investment in offsites/in person team collaboration, free lunch when in office

Cons

Lack of company confidence, poor stock performance, churn in leadership roles, RTO mandate push in second half of the year, rising benefits cost, constant reorgs, push to use AI but CIO blocks using AI.

Pros

Great paid time off allocation Project managers are the real MVPs They encourage volunteer efforts Diverse staff Fair compensation Stock perk was nice Talented coworkers

Cons

Management was a joke, especially middle management. They mostly seem uninspired and burnt out. They are kind and open-minded but are ultimately a toxic product. The brainstorming/review process(s) were painful. Lots of extra work because management lacks any vision or is too scared of executives to provide a decisive direction. They constantly request new "innovative" ideas but ignore anything that isn't a safe risk-averse option. Very AI-driven for a company whose entire culture claims to be people first. They will continue to replace talent with algorithms. Management are cowards, they quiet fire ppl by slowly taking projects away and waiting for the annual January layoffs to say there isn't enough work to keep you on.

Pros

- company stock included in benefits - flexible/remote work - Work culture among Individual Contributors is great.

Cons

- No clear or consistent communication, direction or decision making from leadership. - Severe lack of internal mobility opportunities. - Managers regularly engage in & exercise toxic behaviors such as favoritism & gaslighting, with no end in sight. - Company is struggling to find its long-term profit space, leadership & product recognition within a highly competitive market. - If you greatly value mental health, I highly recommend working elsewhere.
