Pros

Benefits are OK, lot of perks. Still somehow market leaders, they still have cash apparently.

Cons

Unmotivated sales forces, can‘t make any money on commission. Quota very inflated at IC level, no idea on how to treat employees, extremely incompetent management, old school leaders adding toxicity, struggling to attract top talent in sales. Product is struggling to evolve. It feels you are almost forced to do charity engagement events, who gives a f*** honestly. Return to the office policy is comical
