Ship that's starting to sink

Pros

Nice, hardworking people who are generally respectful and engaged, base salary is competitive, PTO is expected and encouraged.

Cons

No bonus below senior manager title, poor 401(k) matching, RSU refresh program is essentially meaningless given what the stock price has been and continues to be. Complicated, poorly communicated processes that are siloed no matter the many efforts to break down virtual barriers - writing is on the wall for an eventual mandated return to office. Leaders seems clueless on how to actually execute on strategy and would rather talk in circles without having any key insights trickle down to the organization. Key members of senior leadership team lack experience, which has made cross-functional partnership challenging and ineffective. Continued poor sales performance has put a lot of stress on the organization.

Ensuring that our leadership team is equipped to drive execution of our strategy, navigate challenges and support our employees is a priority for us and have made investments in our Go to Market Organization internally to continue to improve how our current Sales Organization engage with customers strategically, and to drive consistent standards internally.

Cons

Although the career path is well-structured, it becomes increasingly difficult to get promoted beyond the senior level, particularly to staff or principal.
