Pros

1. Everyone working here is truly committed to making a beautiful product. 2. Management cares about keeping their employees happy. Which means: a beautiful working space, great coffee and lots of free food. 3. Freedom to use the technologies you want, freedom to develop the skills you want.

Cons

Long working hours. But the company is flexible with you coming in early and leaving early.

Pros

- Fantastic people to work with - Very newbie friendly, new hire introductions are very engaging and useful - Great product that you can actually use to make a difference for the people you care about - Challenging on a daily basis - Vibrant colours in the atmosphere make work refreshing and the workplace extremely positive - Lots of techy events - Team bonding events are fun and have great turnouts - Office hours of 10-7! - Location is in a pretty nice place, fi di! Great if you live in Brooklyn.

Cons

- Can be a lot for someone to digest. PP is at the point where the whole product is split into components that are relatively large, since it's not a start up, but not yet a giant, the work per person can be a little overwhelming at times, simply because of how the platforms are divided
