A "cool" company with problems too big to ignore

Pros

- A genuinely great group of people, I'm glad to see them every day - It's a very good product and I am confident it will continue to dominate its niche - Some nice perks: office snacks, space to hold events, good hardware - Pretty good flexibility

Cons

- Management is lacking in managing experience and it is strongly felt - Many of the people who have been with the company the longest have only worked at Paperless, and are thus promoted above more experienced/older devs. This has caused some conflict within teams. - Path to raises/promotions is completely opaque - Poor communication across the board, but especially from management
