Pros

A beautiful work environment, with a talented and committed team, that works together to make young people's lives better. All of the essentials of a quality work environment. The culture is supportive and open, definitely for the self-motivated, and promotes growth and learning.

Cons

Tough screening process and background checks. Initial Steep learning curve but well worth the rewards

Pros

The best part of working at Paradigm is how the staff are treated by the co-founders/co-owners of the program. Working with a diverse staff with various educational levels, they do a great job of treating all staff equally - regardless of your position with the company. in general they know how to make their employees feel appreciated and create an excellent work environemtn.

Cons

working with at risk youth can be emotionally challenging and is not for everyone.

Pros

Well organized, cutting edge, very friendly staff, supportive environment, gorgeous location. Most importantly, the fulfillment that comes from making a positive difference in the lives of teens.

Cons

Not really any cons. The commute is far for me personally, but it's a gorgeous drive on the PCH
