Pros
1 or 2 departments are lead by good management. flexible work hours. good people for the most part.
Cons
older, "jaded" upper management with sometimes "1950's management style" abusive tactics. no real direction, constant change to strategy, low morale, many overwhelmed at their positions within the company, each department is its own entity and does not work together well, very poor communication - a "hurry up and get it done" attitude, but impossible time constraints, constant "meetings" requiring many levels of presentation and expectations don't allow it
