      Pros

      great management, very supportive and it feels like there is growth opportunity. Working remotely full time is a major pro.

      Cons

      Holiday time off is limited to the actual day so PTO must be used and time off requested. Pay is on the lower side. Could use more up to date equipment.

      Cons

      The ability for sustainable wages on the Parallon side of HCA are sad. With only 2% yearly raises. HCA seems to have more flexibility and better pay but Parallon, which is part of HCA seems to fall horribly short.
