If you are seeking remote work by all means settle for this company. feet. They are great creating an environment that presents as being inclusive but no hands on training.

Cons

But there is not room for advancement and no true value for input. Leads are very rude have been with the company for 10 to 20 years they are not welcoming. If you are okay with being surface nice and working hard to learn your job yourself this is a great place to work. But do not expect this company to teach you so definitely be willing to learn on your feet.
