You get to work from home.
Cons
Unpaid holidays, Ridiculous attendance system, no bonuses, zero appreciation, very small raises, poor communication from management, very stressful and busy work environment. Your calls are recorded and "graded" and they count every tiny thing against you even if you are doing a good job. No motivation at all to stay, you have to pay for your own internet and work equipment expenses and you are not reimbursed for pens/paper office furniture.
