      Stay Away from the Credentialing Dept!!

      Pay Great co-workers..that is about it.

      Cons

      Senior leadership in the credentialing department have no clue of what they are doing Micro-managing; you have to put all the tasks you complete in a productivity tool that does not work properly Culture: extremely punitive and toxic environment. The turn-over rate is through the roof. Leadership does not make good on any of their promises.

      Low wages Disrespect is a normal work place occurrence. Training is nonexistent If you love being talked to in an condescending manner and Love stress and disrespectful managers directors and co-workers then you will Love it here.

      Pros

      They will hire anyone because nobody wants to work with such low pay. There is not enough people to do all the work. Use this as a place to gain some experience and move on.

      Cons

      The pay is very low. People leave as soon as they get an offer from another company and take all that they’ve learned with them, never to come back. Since the pay is so low, it is very easy to find a better job in another company. As a result, the turnover is ridiculously high and there is nobody with more than a few years of experience. The constant shortage of people means everybody has to work more than a full time amount.
