The benefits are the only pro.

Cons

Everything.... the values of the company have drastically changed and the company is going downhill fast. The don't care about their staff and management will find some employee to blame to keep their fat out the fire.

Good healthcare benefits and rates

Cons

Long hours (at least 10 hours a day) I was salaried so no overtime. Unhealthy work environment - a lot of people (including managment) are very rude and it is allowed. Old technology and lots of paper printing. Still keeps physical files for everything!

Management/higher ups are usually pretty flexibility with work schedule.

Cons

Corrupted from HR down to Supervisors. A lot of product wasted and thrown in the trash. No follow through with company processes and so called policy. There is zero accountability for ppl in management and HR. Don't bother taking concerns or issues to HR they are there to protect themselves and other severly incompetent management staff.
