      Awful place to work. Managers treat you horribly.

      Managers are awful and personally attack your character. Won’t take any ownership on their mistakes, turn it back on you. If they don’t like you they will find things to put on your reviews till you quit or they fire you. HR is a joke and knows what is going on and refuse to step in. Director is the same. Push out all their good employees who’ve worked there for 5-20 years all because of the managers ego. Pay is awful. They say they pay middle of the competition, but they pay 5-10k less a year. Insurance keeps going up and you can only use HCA facilities. Awful place to work.

      The building is nice and some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Leadership and Directors are uninvolved and ignore deplorable conditions. The AP & Purch Directors are loud, rude, and treat their employees terrible. Leadership knows this and totally don't care or choose to ignore it. Their are not many places to advance to and only those "favorites" get to advance. One "favorite" went from CSR to Purch Assist to Purch Supvr to Manager of Purchasing and Customer Service....in about 1 years time. The Purchasing Supervisors said they have never even met with her in a one-on-one meeting. The amount of sucking up, laughing done by the Supervisors is ridiculous, especially in the Purchasing department. Those supervisors walk around visiting all day. Parallon does not pay a competitive rate and 2% yearly raises are ridiculous.

      Pros

      I really can't think of any Pros at this time.

      Cons

      No appreciation for the hard work that employees put forth. Management always focuses on the negative things and fail to recognize anyone but themselves! Stop treating people so poorly and understand the only way things can be accomplished are through teamwork! Major silos and the feeling as if you are going to grade school on a daily basis. Lots of drama!
