      Pros

      Great place if you are looking to stretch yourself professionally. They work so "lean" that if you want to run with a project to build your skill set, you definitely will have plenty of opportunities to do so. Work schedule pretty flexible and co-workers are fabulous and hard working.

      Cons

      The environment is stressful and challenging...everyday without fail. Lots of turnover! Senior Leadership/Executive Leadership have no vision and lead using a fear mentality. Even if employee's wanted to be loyal to the org they wouldn't know who or what to be loyal to. There is a class system. Execs very out of touch with the staff level employees. No vision...no message...no presence. It's a launching pad for your career at best...you'd die from being worked to death before you could ever retire from here anyway.

      Pros

      Work from home is a possibility working here but it's what keeps many employees feeling stuck in a job that is otherwise awful. This employer is good as an entry level starting point to gain experience in the industry but if you are smart you will eventually take that experience somewhere that will pay more than Hobby Lobby.

      Cons

      Pay. Starting rates are decent but be aware the highest raise you will ever receive is 40 cents a year no matter if your position changes or not. In 4 years as a top performer, I received a total of $1.16 in raises. Management is completely unorganized, uncaring, dishonest, and non knowledgeable about the work.

      Working from home transition long enough to look for another job without anyone standing over my shoulder whilength i have phone interviews

      Read every review from every location. You will find the common denominators , e.g. Poor Management, no communication, bullying, no life/work balance, unrealistic productivity, high turnover. I'm telling you this company is full of tricks. Managers and Leads are horrible. You might wonder how then are they voted a "Best place to work"?. Don't be fooled. ..those results are coming from Patient Surveys NOT the actual workers,. Plus, the so called "good reviews" are Not from the business office, they are coming from "contracted" people who don't deal with all the mess that Regular employees deal with. You probably wonder why "bad reviews" are coming from people who have been with the company "more than a year" and above? Well trust me, these are those just who are looking for other jobs,...Or they got "suckered" just like you are about to be....and they just want to hold on long enough to make the tenure on the Resume be satisfactory to the Next employer. Please don't fall for Parallon!!! And I mean ANY LOCATION !! If you are smart, you will notice that ALL of the "HR Feedback" posted on these threads, they all just show a "thank you" to the hands full of people (probably fakes) who give a positive review, however...all the other reviews (the majority bad) get NO FEEDBACK from the HR. Well, with that being said...this is exactly how HR (In all the location ) is going to treat you. If you keep your mouth shut, accept the abuse, and praise them thru your tears. ..you will get a smile and a pat on the head.But if you are truthful you get ignored and put on the Hit List
