Pros

The paid time off policy is great! Depending on your tenure you can accrue from 7 to 9 hours a pay period.

Cons

All too often, the kind of experience you have there is based on your manager. They can be either really great or really nasty. The benefits are horrible. We are now with the benefit package we were told to avoid all these years as the only option. The bonus plan leaves much to be desired and tends to reward those who like to cheat the system.

There are many events ,so employees get to enjoy free food. There are many training and coaching opportunities. opportunities for advancement for select few.

Cons

Management favorites unrealistic expectations Micro Management not sincere. They want yo to think they are all about employee engagement and satisfaction ,but its really about metrics.
