Incessant micromanagement which borders on the inane no rhyme or reason to changes in management expectations

Pros

Some positions allow you to work from home, however your production numbers have to be through the roof to get there.

Cons

It's all a numbers game....you can roll in on a stretcher, and you're still expected to get your production numbers. They could care less about the employees.

Management do not communicate well. Don't care about if employees is sick it all about working at all cost.
